What is this about?
These are hardcover books for the tiniest reader in your life.
What else is this about?
This is me finding new books for my newest nephew, who is about a month old, and honestly, finding and understanding books like these and why they’re good for him is fun. And yes, I know they’re going to be good for him at a later age. I’m a bit excited, that’s all.
Blurb
Bold new jungle title in this best-selling novelty series!
The original, award-winning Felt Flap series – perfect for babies and toddlers! Each title in this stylish series has five spreads with friendly characters to find behind colourful felt flaps.
In Where’s Mrs Tiger?, you’re on the lookout for Mr Peacock, Mrs Monkey, Mr Elephant and Mrs Tiger herself!Lift the final flap and there’s a surprise mirror – always a hit with the little ones.
Parents adore these books because they are beautiful but tough enough to withstand even the most enthusiastic of young readers. And children love them because they are just so much fun.
Other titles in the series include, Felt Flaps Where’s Mr Lion?, Felt Flaps Where’s Mr Unicorn? and Felt Flaps Where’s Mrs Ladybird? Felt Flaps Where’s Mr Lion? won Sainsbury’s Children’s Book of the Year 2017
The felt flaps in this sturdy board board are perfect for little ones to turn and tug, which means you can get even the tiniest tot into books and finding the activity fun. Ingela Arrhenius’ illustrations are a real bonus. They are bright and retro and sure to capture your baby’s attention. A perfect book to share with very little ones.
Where’s Mrs Tiger? is a hardcover hide and seek book. It’s easy for tiny readers to hold themselves, and they’re tough enough to handle anything that might end up on them, including from, shall we say inside a tiny reader (it happens, or so I’m told!) !
There are five pages here, with bright colourful drawings that will help young itty bitty readers recognise Mr Peacock, Mrs Monkey, Mr Tortoise and Mrs Tiger.
Each page is bright and colourful, and the illustrations wonderfully easy to recognise and understand.
In my expert opinion, as I am in running for the best aunt ever title, the little felt flaps add a little bit more fun, and texture for tiny hands to experience. Added bonus is the mirror on the last page, for something different for young readers!

Connecting with faces and playing peekaboo is one of the first games that babies play. It’s why the very youngest of children will love this cute love-themed book – and want to read it again and again.

I love Peekaboo, mostly because it’s a game I’ve played with all three of my nephews at different stages and they seem to like it – and also not cry when I do it, so big plus there!
Peekaboo Love comes with sliders that are easy for little hands to push and pull – right from the cover mind you – to the last page.
Bright slider images like rainbows, bugs, bunnies cacti and even hugs and kisses reveal themselves! Like Where’s Mrs Tiger, there’s a mirror on the last page for an added something different to the normal peekaboo game!
also not cry when I do it 😅 Yes bonus!
Ooh, these look so cute and fun!
These are so, so cute – I love books for tiny kids that have some sort of an interactive element to them.
